Ally Le Boutillier is the Founder, and has over 20 years experience of designing and delivering training to a global audience. She has delivered a range of programmes in Europe, Russia, Africa, the Middle East, Far East, Caribbean and the USA.
Industries she has worked with include aviation, engineering, petroleum, emergency response and the voluntary sector.
Throughout her career she has held senior training positions in Virgin Atlantic Airways, Mott MacDonald and The Energy Industries Council.
Ally has a BA (Hons) in Post Compulsory Education & Training and is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Dr Phil Goddard is an energy industry professional with over 25 years' experience in the oil & gas power generation sectors in a variety of technical, business development, project management and consultancy roles.
Phil has experience across the energy spectrum with Operators, EPC Contractors and Suppliers. Phil has worked for British Gas, Yorkshire Electricity, Veolia Environment and BOC Gases among others. Phil has also worked in consultancy for several years assisting companies and government bodies in business strategy development, competitive positioning, supply chain analysis and market studies.
Phil has published a broad range of energy sector articles and presents regularly at conferences and seminars both in the UK and internationally.
Phil is a Chartered Engineer with an MBA and is an active member of the Energy Institute.
Richard is a highly experienced senior executive with over 30 years of expertise in the international oil and gas industry. He is Director and co-owner of Koyos Resources ltd, providing advisory and training services to the international oil and gas industry. Richard has worked in the Middle East, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Norway, Netherlands, South East Asia, North and West Africa as well as the UK.
Richard’s recent appointments include CEO of Gold Oil Plc. and Director of Business Development for Centrica Energy. In his career he has held senior management positions with ChevronTexaco, Amerada Hess, Conoco and Shell International.
Masood has his own consultancy business and has overall responsibility for consultancy, advisory and research services to UK and international clients. His experience includes analysing trends, supply and demand outlooks and tracking oil and gas projects.
Prior to this he worked for an energy trade association specialising in the LNG, midstream and the petrochemical segment of the energy industry. He was responsible for detailed research and analysis of key gas and oil sector projects to identify and promote contract opportunities to the UK oil and gas supply chain. He also facilitated the launched of their consultancy service.
Previously, he worked as a Market Analyst and Petrochemical Trader at Petrochemical Commercial Company UK. He was involved in the Front Office operations which traded petrochemicals commodities such as acetic acid, benzene, glycols, melamine, methanol, paraxylene, polyethylene and styrene and involved in the trading departments growth to over $1 billion sales in Europe.
Geoff has 35 years experience as a Learning Professional, consulting with clients at all levels, from the boardroom to administration.
Specialising in classroom-based Business Skills and IT Desktop Skills courses, Geoff is also a Certified Online Learning Facilitator, with extensive experience of designing and delivering in the online classroom.
Geoff is a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Malin is also a qualified practitioner of the following psychometric tools: MBTI, FIRO-B and 16PF and is therefore able to help clients gain more of an insight into themselves.
